How long do orders take?

Ready-to-ship items are prepared according to the processing time shown on the product listing. Custom and handmade projects require additional creation time. Your estimated timeline begins once all required details, approvals, and payments are complete.

Can I request a custom design?

Can I send inspiration pictures?

Yes. Inspiration is welcome and can help us understand your colors, theme, mood, and overall direction. On eligible custom products, Uploadly lets you share inspiration files with your order.

Will my custom item look exactly like my inspiration?

Not necessarily. We use inspiration to guide the design while creating an original handmade piece. Exact replicas, trademarked characters, logos, or copyrighted artwork may not be available.

What if my idea costs more than the listed price?

Some requests require specialty materials, additional design work, larger sizes, extra detail, or more production time. If your request changes the price, we'll let you know before moving forward with the additional work.

Can I make changes after I approve my design?

Minor changes may be possible before production begins. Once materials have been purchased or production has started, changes may require an additional fee or may not be possible.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Because custom items are made specifically for you, cancellations are limited once work has begun. Please review the Custom Order Policies before purchasing or approving a custom project.

Do you accept returns?

Custom or personalized items generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly so we can review the situation and help.

What if I need my order by a specific date?

Tell us your event or need-by date when placing a custom request. A rush option may be available depending on our current production schedule and may include an additional fee. A deadline is not guaranteed until we confirm it with you.

Can I order multiple custom items for an event?

Yes! Party favors, gifts, matching sets, and larger orders are welcome. Larger quantities may require additional lead time.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order is ready and shipped, you'll receive the available shipping or tracking information associated with your order.
